The application is now stable following remediation efforts by our team. The issue originated with our platform partner, who have not yet implemented a full fix but are actively working on one.

In the meantime, our team has taken steps to restore full functionality and has maintained our failover system in place to fallback on in case of future disruptions. We’re actively monitoring the system.

System is progressively recovering.

Our platform partner, has restarted key systems and is actively monitoring the situation. While there were initial signs of recovery, some issues have resurfaced.

They believe a recent configuration change may have triggered the problem and are working to reverse it. Safeguards are also being put in place to prevent this from happening again.

In parallel, our team has readied third-party systems to provide redundant availability and minimize any further disruption in case of unavailability.

Our third-party provider is actively working to restore functionality for selected enterprise customers, which should allow our services to come back online soon.

We’re currently continuing to experiencing a service slowdown due to a widespread outage at a third-party provider.

This is impacting multiple major enterprise services globally, including Bonsai.

The platform remains accessible and usable with some features experience slowness.

Our engineering team is actively working to mitigate the issue. We will provide another update within 60 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.
